First keep taking risperidal (risperidone) at the dose your dr ordered. Then try a stool softener. If the dr says so, try a laxative - but laxatives are trouble when taken all the time. Drink lots of water.

A few: Both are amphetamines, but vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is pure d-amphetamine and Adderall is a mixture of d and l amphetamine. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is longer acting and is dosed once daily while Adderall is usually twice daily. Because of the way they are absorbed in the gut, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) may be less affected by what you eat.
