Sperm: It's not unusual for men to think they have a low sperm count when in fact everything's fine. Several tests need to be done by expert labs over a decent period of time. I hope that you've been examined by a specialist to make sure you have no physical abnormalities (eg varicose veins in the scrotum) that need correcting. Sadly, medicine hasn't come up with any brilliant ways of dramatically improving the sperm count. Various drugs have been tried, but they haven't been very effective. Zinc is a well-known 'alternative' remedy that certainly won't do you any harm. Avoiding stress is fine, but again there's no real evidence that it will increase your count. You have to be guided by your doctor, but usually the best thing is; To keep your testicles as cool as is reasonably possible. Don't wear tight underpants. Don't sit for a long time in hot places, like car seats for example.
