Does squats really make your butt grow? Because I tried them a while back and they really didn't do anything.
Yes.: Squats are an exercise that train primarily the muscles of the thighs, hips, hamstring and buttocks, and strengthening the bones, ligaments of the lower body. Your gluteal muscles will get bigger, depending on the intensity, duration, and frequency of exercise. Despite increasing the size of these muscles, you may not be able to control the full shape of your buttocks.

Exercises: A personal trainer could be beneficial at providing u specific exercises but u should remember a well balance stengthening program is better than one directed at just one body part.
