I'd like to know if the parsley, cranberry, green & black tea mix diet drink can harm health. I use 1.5 l a day to lower my blood cholesterol ?
Weird concoction: This much tea can make you constipated, nauseous and interfere with iron absorption. I love parsley but most people don't. You are 17 years old, are also taking Aspirin on a regular basis and a "pop" vitamin to maintain your bones, and are diagnosed with hypercholesterolemia for which you are taking a "pop" remedy rather than your physician's guidance.
