Weight Loss Rules: There is not a quickest way to weight loss that does not include exercise. This bizarre question is a very common one. I cannot understand why so many humans think there is some fad or magic to weight loss. There is no magic. The only true weight loss that is able to be maintained means a full life change. One must limit the calories, eat more protein calories than anything else and exercise!

Lose weight: 1: Exercise is a good start. Diet may be even better. 2: Go online to see the many articles regarding food that is good for yo and food that is not. My first choice is for you to go online to "NuVal" and see a list of about 100 items that are either good, not so good, or bad for you.

Probably not: If you take in the same amount of calories and exercise the same amount your weight should stay stable. Have you considered eating a healthy balanced diet?

OK but...: This is ok but if you really want to lose weight you might avoid the bread as less carbs will help; some feel gluten causes obesity so rice or quinoa might be better. Yes and yes: You will lose weight better with a comprehensive plan high in vegetables and fruit, a small to moderate amount of meat and a low level of complex carbohydrates. What you propose is all carbs and sugar, with a little protein. So yes, you will suffer on this diet. You will likely lose some weight possibly but put all of it back on after stopping. Please consult a nutritionist or weight watchers.

No: Bara, unless you have celiac disease (unlikely), then wheat will not stop you from losing weight. Just be sure to eat a diet high in whole foods and plant foods, and avoid processed sugar and oils. Don't forget regular exercise. Hope this helps!

Depends: It depends on what is in those meals. Meals full of sugar and saturated fat. Even if small. May not contribute to weight loss. Small meals composed of wild fish like salmon, fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, seeds, and whole grains should be expected to work.

Huh??: Many people who have celiac disease or gluten intolerance try to avoid gluten. There are currently diets that try to minimize gluten. Our bodies needed balanced food intake -so why would you want a primarily gluten diet?

Not enough food?: I wonder if you are eating too little. Starvation is not healthy. Recommendations are to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Hydrate with at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. You might benefit from talking with a nutritionist. In the meantime, you can sooth nausea by drinking ginger tea or ginger ale. Take care.

That might be part: Of a weight loss strategy but just eating yogurt is not likely to change your weight. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of physical exercise.
