Not really: There is some linear growth in the vertebral bodies but most comes in the long bones (arms,legs). Most males will finish linear growth around 17-18 when the growth centers close. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could be evaluated for open growth centers. If open at 20, this suggests a delay of growth & more could occur. Body proportions are under genetic influence. ...Read more
