Maybe: Depends on how many calories you eat vs. How many you burn on treadmill and what your basal calorie burn rate is. Also, the more muscle you have the bigger the "furnace" to burn those calories. Therefore, do wt training as well. ...Read more

The farther below 40 inches it is, the less likely you are to suffer obesity related diseases. In july it will be one year no period menopause I am 50 I have gained 20 lbs since it started I have a strenuous job and work out cannot lose a pound!
