My goal is to lose 20 pounds within 10 days. Are there different types of detox diets that work besides the master cleanse?
Don't do it!: You will make yourself sick, you can end up in the intensive care unit, and your weight loss will be transient. Is it normal to lose 4.5 pounds in 10 days? By only eating 900 calories and not exercising. Or is it dangerous?
Relative: That a wee bit restrictive. If you are morbidly obese, rapid weight loss is often not difficult. The first weight lost is often water. The liver contains glycogen which carries water. Veggies are best: Foods high in fat, starch and sugar are the worst for a diet. Eliminate them and usually it's easy to lose weight.
