Forget the idea that you need to be "detoxified"; start doing what nature truly intended, eat sensibly, focus on fruits and vegetables along with a good balance, and get with a group of people you like who exercise and will do it with you. Start walking first. There is no need to jog which puts more stress on your joints, a problem if you are still quite heavy. And do some weight/muscle toning too.
