My goal is to lose 20 pounds within 10 days. Are there different types of detox diets that work besides the master cleanse?
Don't do it!: You will make yourself sick, you can end up in the intensive care unit, and your weight loss will be transient. Relative: That a wee bit restrictive. If you are morbidly obese, rapid weight loss is often not difficult. The first weight lost is often water. The liver contains glycogen which carries water.
