Not possible. : You must exercise even if it means walking or jogging for 20 min a day. The other thing is to reduce your caloric, fat, and cholesterol intake. However, just doing that will result in weakness and muscle wasting possibly. You need exercise. Make a daily schedule to fit in the time.
