Maybe: Some asymmetry improves on its own with simple efforts like changing sleep position, neck stretches. Occasionally, physical therapy to improve a neck issue is also needed. Sometimes, in spite of these the shape gradually worsens and helmets can provide a better cosmetic outcome. Difficult question: Difficult question due to knot enough facts known. It is always safest to have a baby with concern of a head injury to be assessed at er. That being said, no loss of consciousness, no vomiting, did not hit head, more than likely okay. However, if prior bleed or head injury, this increases chances of further injury.
