Weight gain: Weight gain from medications seems to always be tough to lose. Our metabolism seems to slow a little more and we have to work even harder. Metabolically weight is simple use more calories than you take in. There is really no other way to do it. So you need to increase your output and decrease your input. My husband has klinfelters and we starting IVF to have a baby. I am wonder if it is inherited or can our child be affected from it. Eg down syrdome?
What's your advice to eat after IVF to garantee better result and do you recommend a normal lifestyle or is it better to relax during this period?
Normal Balanced Life: Just be normal; eat healthy, take breaks at work and rest, take it easy at home and try to have a stress free life.
