How To Increase The Volume Of Seminal Fluid
The seminal fluid coming out of me at times of sexual intercourse has got lessen and reached to a level of almost zero?
You don't give me: Your age, which could be a significant factor in reduced semen/ejaculate. Often, the volume of ejaculate/ejaculatory fluid slowly diminishes with age. But it should not go to "almost zero" and it should not diminish suddenly. Low testosterone, diabetes, some neurological problems can all contribute. I recommend making an appointment with a Urologist for evaluation. Good wishes:) ...Read more
When ejaculation is stopped deliberately, since prostatic and seminal fluid can backflow to the bladder, can it flow back into the ejaculatory duct?
Gotta go somewhere: This is a plumbing issue. If there is high pressure liquid coming down the pipe, and somebody suddenly blocks the end of the pipe, the liquid has gotta go somewhere. If one asks "can it" go there or "can it" go here... well that depends on how high the pressure is and how much liquid there is. In life, many things are possible, includine such backflow. If worried, one should avoid doing this. ...Read more

Component of semen.: The ejaculate, or semen, is made up of sperm from the testicles & fluids from the seminal vesicles, the prostate, and the bulbourethral glands. The seminal fluid is a viscous fluid rich in fructose, making up the bulk of semen. The prostate adds a thin white fluid containing enzymes, citric acid, and lipids. The bulbourethral glands add a clear fluid. Ejaculation is the act of discharging semen. ...Read more
What could it mean when one has low seminal fluid output? Used to come out like a fountain....not anymore
Less prostate sec: As we grow older, the prostate gland loses its glandular cells and fibrous tissue takes its place. My seminal fluid is never shot. It comes out very slowly. Is this consider as an illness? Why does this happen?
Exam of Seminal Fluid V 3ml Total Count 78000000 T motility30% Progressive motility5% Total Abnormal Forms45% Round Cells 120, 000 Red Blood Cells1-2
Normal: 20, 000, 000 or more sperm per mL.
A total ejaculate volume of 80 million
At least 50% should be motile one hour after ejaculation
More than 14% should have normal heads -
whereby greater than 50% of those cells examined must be normal
Motility is the percentage of moving sperm in a sample and graded based on speed and direction travelled.,
moving forward in a straight line with good speed.
The progression of the sperm, best measured using an automated system,
is rated on a basis from zero (no motion) to 4, with 3-4 representing good motility.
If less than half of the sperm are motile, a stain is used to identify the percentage of dead sperm.
This is called a sperm viability test.
Agglutination of sperm occurs when sperm stick together in a specific and consistent manner (head to head, tail to tail, etc.) suggesting an immunologic cause to infertility.
Clumping of sperm in a nonspecific manner may be due to bacterial infection or tissue contamination. ...Read more

If sperm is never released from the testes, it is reabsorbed. Does a similar mechanism apply to the other seminal fluids?
Sperm yes, semen no: Sperm trapped by blocked spermatic, epididymal tubes or vas deferens (latter after a vasectemy) eventually die & disintegrate. Products of disintegration are then absorbed by macrophage cells. Various components of semen produced by prostate gland, seminal vesicles & cowper's gland escape into the urethra. Theoretically blocked ejaculatory or prostatic duct/s might lead to seminal fluid absorbtion. ...Read more

I have a low volume of semen. Counts 22mill cell Volume 3.5ml Viscosity watery Motility 30% no actively molity, 70% dead cell what can I do?
You need additional tests to look for the cause of your low sperm count and other possible causes of male infertility. These can include:
• Scrotal ultrasound.
• Hormone testing.
• Post-ejaculation urinalysis.
• Genetic tests. When sperm concentration is extremely low, genetic causes could be involved. A blood test can reveal whether there are subtle changes in the Y chromosome — signs of a genetic abnormality. Genetic testing might also be ordered to diagnose various congenital or inherited syndromes.
• Testicular biopsy.
• Anti-sperm antibody tests. These tests, which are used to check for immune cells (antibodies) that attack sperm and affect their ability to function, are not common.
• Specialized sperm function tests. A number of tests can be used to check how well your sperm survive after ejaculation, how well they can penetrate an egg and whether there's any problem attaching to the egg. Generally, these tests are rarely performed and often do not significantly change treatment recommendations.
• Transrectal ultrasound. A small lubricated wand is inserted into your rectum to check your prostate, and for blockages of the tubes that carry semen (ejaculatory ducts and seminal vesicles). ...Read more

Probably not helpful: Factors for infertility are many with 50% solely from female, 30% from male, and 20% from both. So, the odd to help with repeating semen analysis is slim. Logically, have both evaluated and counseled at the same time so to deduce what factors are more likely causing current infertility. Besides, knowing more on life reality in http://formefirst.
