How To Improve Swimming Endurance Dry Land
Can you still improve in leg endurance activities like running and swimming with hypokalemia? Or does it just feel like not improving and exhaustion?
When doing excersie that requieres physical endurance like swimming, i find myself with too much air hunger. I'm 23, thin with not conditions. Why?

When i run after 5-10 min i get tired and breathless.I take swimming and do endurance swims and get breathless easier than others.
Exercise: Great keep on exercising. If you get breathless easier than the others get checked out by doc to be sure nothing going on to cause that. You may just not be exercising right but best to be sure no physiologic problem. ...Read more

My 6 year old grandson has a dry cough No other symptoms. Going on holiday tomorrow.Is it ok o go swimming?
Could you stop him?: With no symptoms other then a bit of a dry cough, there is no reason to not go swimming. If this is a chronic issue, I would suggest evaluation to find the underlying cause (allergies? cough variant asthma? etc).
