How To I Get The Energy To Not Take A Nap After Work Every Day
I was thinking: not long ago I started to use antihistamines when needed. All of them make people tired but, can't they just take a nap to get energy?
Ever since I turned 30 I can't work through the day without having to take a nap. Is this not good?

Many causes: It could a symptom of depression, but it could be other things as well. Your thyroid could be functioning lower than normal, you could indeed have iron deficiency anemia particularly if you have heavy periods.
