Trans-ver-sal patch: Their is various otc treatments for warts available but one of my favorites which is very effective are trans-ver-sal patches which comes in various sizes depending on the size of the wart. Liquid nitrogen: While there are a number of treatment options for palmar warts, the most commonly used by me is liquid nitrogen application. It seems most effective as well.
