Don't fight-- rest!: Common colds are inevitable and most people get a few every year. Despite multiple attempts to find a good prevention, none of the many over the counter remedies really do much to prevent them. Handwashing and avoiding those who are sick helps though. Once you have a cold treat the symptoms to make yourself as comfy as possible and rest and take care of your self. You will get better in 5-7 days. ...Read more
