Acne: There are many treatments for acne--both topical and oral meds. Many are generic and not expensive. Your doctor will need to look at your complexion to see what is right for you.
Possibly: If the chips are in a joint, ie knee or ankle, then it is possible that surgical removal could alleviate your pain. Usually if the chips are not within the joint they don't cause symptoms, but they too can be removed, though there is no guarantee the pain will subside.
