They are: your skin capillary's reacting to the heat (to lower internal temperature by dilating in the SKIN) I do not think you will be able to "get rid of them" but some physician's (including myself) think that BETA BLOCKERS such as Propranalol (inderal) might help! Permanent removal of unwanted skin pigment is much more difficult without permanently affecting the rest of your skin's natural skin color.
