Avoid all sun exposure If in the sun wear good physical block sun screen ( physician RX grade) with titanium or zinc Hydorquinone at least 4% may help but you can not do that indefinitely and need an off period every 12 weeks or so, Some lasers like Q switched and profractional may help.
