Loose Skin?: If it is loose skin you are wanting to eliminate, a tummy tuck would not be necessary. If, however, you are also wanting to tighten the muscles (repair a muscle separation), then yes, a tummy tuck is your only answer. A panniculectomy would address loose skin.
