No cure: Dark circle under your eyes is not an excess pigmentation. The eyelid skin is very thin, any swelling (poor sleep, stress, allergies, age, etc) will give you an appearance of darkening. There are a lot of eye creams that are marketed for dark circles, none remove pigment. Many are good moisturizers.
