No: There's nothing you can do to speed healing. The sad reality is that after it heals, many burns will turn lighter than than normal ("post-inflammatory hypopigmentation") for a period of time. It can take many months to become normal color. In the meantime, the best you can do is hide it, either with clothing or make-up. ...Read more
