"Azole" drug: If you've had a vaginal yeast infection before and now have same symptoms (mostly itching, not discharge), then try an over-the-counter treatment -- choose a product with active ingredient ending in "azole", e.g. miconazole, clotrimazole, etc. If main symptom is discharge and sexually active, probably not yeast, maybe STD.
