I get a painful rash between my legs when i wear shorts. how can i prevent it?

Possibly friction

May be from friction causing the hair follicles to develop an irritation type folliculitis. Options include laser hair removal if this is the case and to avoid the friction by wearing longer shorts or applying something like Vaniply or Elta moisturizer to the area for lubrication as marathon runners do after miles of repetitive friction type movements.

I get heat rash or chafed between my legs on my inner thighs so bad i can hardly walk. How do i prevent this from happening?

Skin chafing should be treated, so don't ignore it. Gently clean the chafed area with water and dry it thoroughly. After cleaning the area, apply a substance like petroleum jelly or hydrocortisone. If the area is very painful, swollen, bleeding, or crusted, your health care provider may recommend a stronger topical steroid. Zeasorb powder helps prevent chafing and is OTC.

Some people have been known to get leg itching + rashes from running (cause is unknown). If it is from antihistamine release, one can try taking Claritin or Zyrtec, 1/2 hour before running. If it is from the cold, try wearing sweats. If it is from blocked sweat glands, try a sauna 3 times a week. Maybe one can make a dermatologist appointment, and then RUN to the clinic to show a fresh itchy rash.

In children under two, almost all are bow legged to some degree and they outgrow it by 2-3 years of age. An adult who is bow legged from childhood...don' know what can be done non surgically.. Rickets is a well know cause of bow legs and is a result f vitamin D and calcium so taking vit D from birth and eaiing a balanced diet and playing outside in the sun for 15-20 min a day without sunscreen.

Are there vitamins that will prevent or cure blood clots in the legs?

There are no vitamins or natural therapeutics that will prevent or cure blood clots. DVT's or blood clots in the leg are a serious condition and could lead to death if improperly treated. The only medications that help are the blood thinners like coumadin (warfarin) and Lovenox (low molecular weight heparin).

If you are experiencing restless legs syndrome (RLS) that is causing sleep disruption, please see a sleep medicine specialist to determine if it is truly RLS and to adequately treat it. RLS can affect the arms, but it is not as common as the legs. Until then, try to keep hydrated, do gentle leg stretches prior to bedtime, avoid caffeine, and try to regularize your bedtime.
