Anxiety or stress is: bad for your body. Worrying will not help. What you should focus on is keeping your body healthy. Eating right, exercise, and reducing your stress is critical. A family history of cancer increases the risk. However, all these factors maybe absent and you can still have cancer. You did not do anything to have cancer but it just happened.
