Rather than lighter weights with more reps -which is better for trimming down on flabby arms. Be sure to eat right. From personal experience... Depends on how long-: -U lift. If a hard workout 60-90 mins, no need 2X/day. Muscles need a day of rest 2 recover. B sure 2 B adequately hydrated, adequate protein intake 4 the strength training.
