Try lowering the temperature by giving advil (ibuprofen) liquid 1 tsp every 4-6 hours and sponging him with warm water and pushing fluid intake. I never recommend it: Pick one or the other and stick with that. Alternating exhausts the kid and caretaker for no benefit.Fever is not the enemy, poor fluid intake is much more likely to put a kid in the hospital while fever actually slows the infection. The virus that you had seems to be gone and unrelated to this migraine. They can be pretty bad! I know! You don't mention any treatment for migraines.
