There is no such things a perfect body & internet photos have distorted mens' images of how we should look. You can't change your bone structure. You must stop focusing on this. You're male, so you can trim fat and develop muscle with basically no limit. The guy in the photo has your bone structure and I doubt it bothers him; look at some photos of Hugh Jackman as well. Follow your dream.

Probably best to check several measurements. 1) BMI = weight x 703/ Height x height (using pounds & inches). Over 25 is overweight; over 30 is obese. 2) Waist/Height Ratio - Divide Waist by Height, below 0.5 is good. 3) Waist/Hip ratio - divide waist by hips; below 0.7 is good. Your measurements give a measurement of 0.692 which is close to the upper limit.
