Slow down; more H2O: Eat more slowly; a recent study just showed men who chewed each bite 40 times took in 12% fewer calories than those who chewed 15 times. A bit absurd, but you get the point! increase your water intake; more fruits and vegetables and smaller servings of pastas, breads, starches and meats. I try a to control my diet by eating small portion everyday with less oil but high fiber , my weight is not goin down, what should I do?
Reduce calories: Reduce calories by using low calori dense food. Avoid fried and fatty food. Eat 3 meals a day instead. Have a big glass of water immidiate before each meal.
