I was doing shoulder press (machine) and i felt pain under my armpit, i stopped workout (20 days back). can u help about my condition?
Difficult to say: Arm pit pain can be rather difficult to diagnose. You wouldn't expect a muscular injury in that region from shoulder press, but the underlying shoulder joint and deep shoulder stabilizers could have been injured. Frozen shoulder: I would not advise it especially since you do not have normal range of motion at your shoulder. Supervised physical therapy sessions that include gradual active and passive range of motion exercises would make more sense. Getting a cortisone injection to help relieve pain may be helpful.
