No: If one could make hair grow back thicker by shaving, i'd be shaving my head twice a day. You'd do well to have an aesthetically oriented plucking regime: never move the inner end of the eyebrow outside of a vertical line thru the inner corner of the eye. Don't thin the height too much. Laceration: Keep the area clean and wash with an antibacterial soap apply a topical anti microbial ointment such as polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) or neosporin ointment. The area is very vascular and should heal up without problems. If there is redness spreading from the wound and and pus in the wound see your doctor for treatment.
