Start slowly: Pull-ups are a difficult and complex exercise. I would start by doing push-ups - once you can do 20-30 regular pushups (not "girl" push ups) then start working on "diamond" push ups (put your hands close together on the floor so the fingers make a diamond). You don't need-: -to do them, but if you are I feel that the best is sets of 3, 15 curls, then do the same with push ups. Back to curls, alternate for 3 sets of each. Ideally you should not be able to finish the 3'rd set. If you are able to,add weight to the curls, and elevate your legs to make the push-ups harder.
