You don't need-: -to do them, but if you are I feel that the best is sets of 3, 15 curls, then do the same with push ups. Back to curls, alternate for 3 sets of each. You can do bicep supersets like standing dumbbell hammer curls with standing standard dumbbell curls or wide grip bicep curls(EZ curl) with reverse grip bicep curls(EZ curl).
