Maybe not related: I doubt vaginal dryness is related to the birth control pill especially since the problem is still present after stopping the pill. Schedule a visit to be evaluated for other causes like vulvar vestibulitis and lichen sclerosis. ...Read more

A ruptured ovarian cyst could possibly present this way, and a miscarriage would be associated with bleeding. If you are still symptomatic, you should see a doctor.
