No: Do you mean hereditary spastic paraplegia? He has NOT had it since he was 9. He's had it since the moment he was conceived. That's what hereditary means. It didn't start at 9, it only became apparent then. There is no way his doctors could not have told you long ago that there is no cure. A cure would mean altering his genes, which is still in the realm of acience fiction. ...Read more
