Unrelated: There is no way that mucus in your throat could cause "brain fog," whatever you mean by that. Also, what do you mean by "polluted"? Any pollution in your environment is insignificant compared to pollution of your body by smoking. I'm sure you already know that smoking is bad for your entire body and you should quit.
