Not probable: If there is a known cause of tremors and that cause is treatable only then tremors can either be controlled or cured. Exercise has no role in tremors.

Control: If your tremors are due to a medication or hyperthyroidism, this can be reversed fully. If instead you have essential familial tremor, or parkinson's, or a cerebellar tremor, these need specific meds, which will be of definitive value. Most neurologists should be helpful.

Carpal tunnel an other isolated peripheral nerve issues are not typically the cause of tremor but may co exist with it. Diet, medications, neurolgical issues, endocrine or hormonal imbalance. The list is so long that one really needs to sit down with a pcp to investigate

What kind of exercise can help stabilize hand tremors?

Play with clay: Molding and manipulation with the fingers may be very helpful. Playing with clay and playing the piano often calm the hands and help with muscle control. Treatment with Inderal (propranolol) has been helpful with some tremor conditions.

Sudden hand: Tremors can be due to the onset of a neurologic problem, a change in metabolism change in medication, and many many other things sometimes things that seems sudden actually come on gradually but I noticed when they start. Most tremors are not harmful however you should talk to your pcp about this and make sure that it doesn't represents something that needs attention.

Many possibilites: At your age, benign (not a disease) tremor which is inherited can start. It is more apparent when you focus on a task, and disappears when you rest or relax. Tremor occurs with some medicines, toxic exposures, alcohol use and withdrawal, fatigue of small muscles and electrolyte imbalance. A simple examination of your nervous system and some blood tests is in order.
