How To Burn Fat At Home For Women
I'm 5'11 and 190 lb. I eat 2500 calories a day. Roughly how many calories do I need to burn at the gym daily to be losing weight at a reasonable pace?
If they do at all how does a fat burner work? Some of them say they burn 2x or 5x what you burn which I find hard to believe because I go to the gym at least 4x a week and I run and lift and burn around 1000 calories on the treadmill alone so to multiply
What is the best exercise/exercise machine i can use to burn the most weight efficiently? i want to lose 15-20 lbs in 2-3 months if thats realistic.
