Weight training for both upper and lower extremities, doing anterior and posterior muscle groups, completed by intense cardio (windsprints). There are to many variables and equipment to define a specific program, but weights have an advantage over machines! Get plenty of protein! 2 grams/2.2 lbs of body weight!
