I got high blood pressure how do I bring it down?

Depends

Blood
If you discovered this during a doctor's visit, ask that doctor for advice. It is important how high each reading is and other facts too. Very high may need medication and close monitoring. A bit high could respond to lifestyle changes: diet, smoking, stress, exercise, etc. Pharmacies, libraries, clinics - even gyms will have handouts - so will your doctor. Good for you! Best wishes.

I got high blood pressure and I went to my doctor he say it might be high cause of salt so how do I bring it down?

Follow your Doctor

Salt
I would take the medication as prescribed by your physician. If you are overweight and/or are not exercising then both of those life style choices have to be changed for the better. Eat less sugar and less salt.

Help a little along with getting down to ideal body weight. However,if it's repeatedly high, take medicine to control it.If u lose the weight, and your BP gets too low,u can come off the meds.

You

You provided a lot of information here but without a physical exam it is impossible to determine a cause of your problems. There are some symptoms you describe that are concerning. Combining the the length of time you have been feeling this way and the fact that they seem to be worsening you should see your physician as soon as possible before thing deteriorate further.

Dr. Diana Metzger answered:

Is an elevated d dimer related to high blood pressure?

Not really

High_blood_pressure
D dimer is a marker of clotting. Blood clots in the legs and lungs are associated with elevation. It will also go up with injuries and surgery. Blood pressure may go up as a complication of a blood clot in the lungs or because of the injury or surgery, but elevated BP should not cause increase in d dimer, or vice versa.
