Maybe: You may just be experiencing swelling that has caused the retraction on the testicle. It should drop back into place. If it hasn't recovered by around 6 weeks post-op, see your surgeon. Btw, you should call him with your concerns. ...Read more

Hydrocele: In general a "minimal hydrocele" does not need to be treated and would not likely benefit you in anyway. If it is a reactive hydrocele secondary to epididymitis or orchitis, treatment of the primary problem with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories would be preferred. ...Read more
