How Safe Is Eyebrows Threading In Pregnancy
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

I don't recommend: any products that haven't been tested in pregnant women ...Read more
Probably but: There is no data for it's use during pregnancy. It is a form of mild thermal hair removal. You should review it's use with your OB/GYN, as if you are prone to stress and the associated physiologic strain of such, then you may want to avoid something like this. ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers
Bleaching Hair: To my knowledge, there's no evidence that the use of topically applied bleach increases the risk of birth defects, though this issue hasn't been well studied. Most likely, very little of the chemical would seep into your bloodstream and get to your baby. If you choose to bleach facial or body hair, you can minimize any potential risk by rinsing your skin with cold water beforehand. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Never seen it: I must admit I have never seen this product or had a patient dye their pubic hair. I can not comment specifically on the safety for genital use but it is likely as safe as other hair dye products. ...Read more
Probably safe: http://www.babycenter.com/404_is-it-safe-to-color-my-hair-during-pregnancy_3273.bc I agree with the statements made on babycenter's website. While it mainly affects women in their first trimester, always keep in mind that the "natural" malformation rate is in the range of 3+ %. If your baby happens to have a malformation and you were exposed to a chemical believed to be safe, doubts may haunt you. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Electrolysis: I'll be very frank with you. . . **i** don't feel it is safe for anyone. Certainly not it pregnancy, where two people are involved and one cannot yet make the decision, but even non-gravid women should know that it's almost a worthless pursuit -- it really doesn't work very well, and the risks of scarring, infections, and so forth are really significant. I don't recommend it! ...Read more
Melasma: it may or may not be safe but I would recommend you not use it until after pregnancy. Many women get increased pigmentation on their face in pregnancy called Melasma or the "mask of pregnancy". Many times this will fade after pregnancy. If it does not, then I would seek treatment from a Dermatologist. ...Read more
