I see blood after i urinate. Urine is normal color it's always the last part when blood comes out. What coukd could be the cause?

Needs testing: Blood in the urine is always a cause for concern. If it is concentrated at the end of urination it could be coming from the bladder opening, the urethra, or a small bladder tumor.
