This can be from many different causes, but I am not aware of a way to unblock them. Depends on where: Tubal blockage where the tube leaves the uterus may have little overall effect on pregnancy if the other tube is open. Blockage at the end of the tube though is very detrimental to pregnancy even from the other tube. Due to fluid moving from the blocked tube into the uterus.
