Better available: It is ok but I think you can do much better. My concerns: the main ingredients are soy and milk protein. Almost all soy these days is gmo unless it is organic & there is evidence this is unsafe. Milk is mostly from cows fed gmo corn & soy unless organic. Amway does not use organic sources. Other than lightening your wallet, the supplement is not doing you any good.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
