I'm a 53 year old female. Do you know if GNC mega vita-mom premium performance is a good vitamins for me and my 12 year old son to take?
Please clarify: I tired to look this up but could not find a vitamin with this name so please ask again with the correct name. I did check some GNC multivitamins and in general they have good ingredients but also have some toxic additives like titanium dioxide and sucralose that are unnecessary.
