How Much Sleep To Avoid Being Drowsy
I feel drowsy however much sleep i get . Also throught the day i feel my head tense and i cannot relax . What could the problems revield by tests ?
Tried l-thianine (200 mg) instead of 5 mg Valium for sleep when anxious. Much better and no drowsiness next day. Is l- thianine addictive like valium?
Go L-Theanine!: There is not much clinical data on how well l-theanine works for sleep or anxiety. However, it is considered quite safe (as taken in tea, for example; mage-doses have not been studied). I drank from 9pm-3am on monday. slept from 4am-6am. from Wednesday I've had body ache, drowsiness and headache. no fever. haven't been sleeping much.
I'm curious as to: what you did between 3 am on Monday and 4 am ? How do you know that you went to bed at 4 am ? Assuming you didn't have a fall injury or seizure or pass out in an odd position with a limb tucked up underneath you (leading to rhabdomyolysis) could not a lot of this be due to hang over or the flu?
