Some thoughts: The early morning problem could be consequence of a sleep disorder, and you might suffer sleep apnea. Some migraine patients suffer from dysphrenia hemicrania transitory, but this is not a daily event. One caveat, if you are having nocturnal seizures, you are describing am postictal confusion.
