Dose is OK: The upper limit for oral zantac (ranitidine) for his weight is (10mg/kg) or 90 mg. He is receiving 15mg/ml 0r 33 mg three times a day ( 99 mg in total) he shouldnt receive more than that. He probably will grow into the doseage because of his weight gain. ...Read more
