You Like Fish Burps?: Better to split them up. Better absorbed with food. If you don't eat three meals a day then take two with one meal and one with another. but in this case food will help. Not exactly,however:: There are 2 reported cases of patients with major brain damage who were given high doses of fish oil (30 grams providing 18 grams of omega 3's) and made good recoveries, but this does not prove the recoveries were "from the use" of fish oil. It seems likely fish oil helped but more research needs to be done ; it is possible they might have recovered anyways (but probably more slowly). See comment:. ...Read more
